  • as it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements
  • infants (age 0-2) can join this tour for free. Please book your free ticket at checkout
  • children (age 0-16) must be accompanied by an adult
  • comfortable footwear recommended
  • for safety reasons, children under 6 years old cannot go up the towers, and children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator. However, to go down you will need to use the stairs
  • the elevators in the towers are closed in adverse weather conditions, including strong winds and/or rain
  • please note that the tower may be closed in case of bad weather
  • you must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers, the monument will ask for this, and without the documents you may denied entry
