After making your own way to the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum, benefit from skipping the queue with your pre-booked entrance and pass through the airport security-style check. Then, you'll enter the memorial and feel the distinctive atmosphere.

Inside the Auschwitz museum, embark on a guided walking tour with a knowledgeable certified educator for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Next, proceed to the Auschwitz Birkenau II memorial for a 1-hour guided walking tour. Lastly, you'll have time to walk around on your own and explore at your own pace inside Auschwitz-Birkenau II.

Please meet by making your own way to the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum. This can be reached in your own vehicle or by public transport (bus or train). The journey from Krakow takes approximately 1.5 hours. When you arrive, look for your host, who will give you your ticket and introduce you to the group.

The museum may change your visit time, affecting your pickup time. Final confirmation will be emailed 1-2 days before the tour. Due to high visitor numbers, Auschwitz-Birkenau may cancel tours or guides at short notice. If this occurs, you'll be informed and offered alternatives when possible
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds

The pickup time may change (possible start of the tour between 5:30 AM and 1:30 PM), so please consider this in your plans

Remember to bring:

A valid ID which needs to exactly match the name provided at the booking
Packed lunch (during the guided tour, there may be a short lunch break of about 10 minutes)
Clothes that do not reveal too much or are too shiny, to show the dignity required, comfortable shoes
