Enjoy a scenic train ride on the Bernina Express and live your experience on board to the fullest! The Bernina Express is the most fascinating way to discover the beauty of the Alps through a breathtaking itinerary offering views of magnificent landscapes.

Get on board the Red Train and admire the most beautiful viewpoints of the Alps from your guaranteed panoramic carriage! Don’t forget to take your camera with you and capture your best shots of impressive peaks, lakes and glaciers along the route from St. Moritz to Tirano.

The train easily overcomes gradients of up to 7 percent. Take in the stunning views of the Morteratsch glacier and the famous Montebello curve, and have your camera ready as you pass the Bianco e Laj Neir lakes up to Alp Gruem on your way to Tirano.

Program:

  • Departure by bus from Milan Piazza della Repubblica to St. Moritz
  • Arrival in Saint Moritz, free time for exploring the lake area, shopping and lunch
  • After lunch on your own, meet at the train station and board the Bernina Express to Tirano on the Panorama Carriage
  • Arrival in Tirano and departure for Milan with scheduled arrival after 3 hours by bus
