Se din frygt i øjnene i det postapokalyptiske LA, der er ødelagt af atomkrig, med udgangspunkt i den populære serie og spilfranchise »Fallout«. Du rejser ind i tunnelerne og bliver angrebet af banditter sammen med Lucy. Du undslipper til ødemarken og konfronterer dusørjægeren The Ghoul.
