Denne sejltur rundt om Zákynthos nordspids byder på masser af indbydende natur og badestop i skjulte bugter. Du vil se strækninger af øens mest fascinerende kystlinje, herunder De Blå Grotter og Smuglerbugten - som ofte vises på det berømte græske postkort med det rustne vrag af et fragtskib på en uberørt strand omgivet af klipper. Du har mulighed for at se Zákynthos bedste kystattraktioner på én afslappende bådtur. Vi sejler rundt om Kap Skinari, der er berømt for sit fyrtårn, sine klipper, vindmøller og det pastelblå vand. Efter ca. to timer på havet når vi Smuglerbugten og det berømte skibsvrag. Tilbage i 80'erne stødte et skib med smuglercigaretter på grund i denne kridhvide bugt med de karakteristiske småsten. For at bevare området er selve stranden i dag lukket for besøgende,Men du kan stadig tage ikoniske billeder af det rustne skib fra båden. Chrissy tilføjer: "Zákynthos mest kendte strand er kun tilgængelig med båd, og det er et af de mest fotograferede steder i hele Grækenland. En forbrydelse, der gik galt, har efterladt os med en uventet skat".

Efter en dukkert fortsætter vi til de glimtende Blå Grotter, hvor vi holder pause for et fotostop. De glatte vægge, som naturen har hugget ind i klipperne, danner buer over det blændende blå vand. Du nyder græske snacks og drikkevarer om bord, hvorefter vi lægger for anker noget tid ved en afsides strand. Vi slutter sejlturen ed med græsk dans, mens vi sejler tilbage til kysten.

This trip is not up to the TUI standard and you need to fix these issues to avoid upsetting customers. Toilets on the boat were absolutely disgusting and filthy. Male toilet had a broken door lock and no toilet seat. Seating on the boat was hard and uncomfortable. Trip was 9 hours, not 4-8 hours as stated. Food provided was disgusting, a chewy undisclosed meat kebab I would not feed to a dog. Drink provided, cheap wine or... water. Really? I will be demanding at least a partial refund. Rip off

Swim stops were great, but we had to just leave all our valuables on the chairs and hope for the best! No where offered to secure anything. We were told the tour would be max 18-20 people, but the boat was clearly more than that! 3 decks of people on a large boat, closer to 150-200 people!

Mooie zwemstops, bezichtigingen aan de korte kant, voldoende plek aan boord, de lunch smaakte goed maar was te koud, van de Blue Caves weinig gezien: snel en van redelijk ver af langs gevaren.

Great trip and stunning snorkeling stops. It would have been better to stop at the Blue Caves there and back. We only stopped on the way back and the sun was behind them so not blue as it was on the way up. Booking also led me to believe we would be picked up at the hotel (Bitzaro Grande) as it was selectable, neither the email or voucher said otherwise. I happened to check the booking on the app half hour before pick up and noticed it was on the high street, this needs making much clearer.

Turtle Cruise to Marathonisi and Keri Peninsula

Loggerhead sea turtles have been residents of Zante's beaches for thousands of years, and with a bit of luck, you'll see them first-hand on this boat trip. Join an expert local guide for an educational day out at sea, passing by nesting sites, swimming in hidden bays and spending time in the village of Keri. Bianca, one of our guides, says, ‘In just one trip, you get to jump into clear waters, cruise along the Keri peninsula and, with luck, see turtles.'Available either in the morning from Zante harbour or the afternoon from Keri harbour, this half-day cruise is a real treat for all the family. You'll pass by the golden beaches of Vassilikos and Marathonisi, a pine-clad islet dubbed ‘Turtle Island'. The reason's simple – one of its beaches is a favourite turtle nesting site. Bianca, who's lived on Zante for more than 20 years, says of the scenery, ‘You can do this tour a thousand times and every day is different.' Be sure to keep a lookout for Loggerheads, and you may even spot a wild dolphin or two.Plus, you'll sail along the Keri peninsula, cruising by its sea-plunging cliffs, caves and lighthouse before dropping anchor for a swim stop at the Bay of Oasis. Greek food and live music evening at Popolaros Taverna

Good food and good fun are on the menu at Popolaros Greek Taverna. Smuggler's Cove half-day cruise with panoramic drive

Smuggler's Cove is a picture-postcard white pebble beach with a surprise – a shipwreck from an alleged smuggler who ran aground here in the early 80s. On this half-day boat trip, you'll cruise along the coast to see this famous spot, discover secret coves, swim and soak up the scenery. Kay, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Smuggler's Cove is also known as Shipwreck Beach, or “Navagio” in Greek. It's only accessible by boat, and it's one of the most photographed places in the whole of Greece.'After pick-up, enjoy a scenic drive to Porto Vromi – it takes up to 90 minutes – and hop on a boat towards Smuggler's Cove. You'll have half an hour or so to take in the vistas from the deck before the imposing white cliffs appear, sheltering the cove and its famous wreck. The 200-metre-high cliffs curve and swoop down behind the beach, dwarfing the shipwreck. Kay says, ‘To preserve the natural beauty of the area, instead of disembarking at Smuggler's cove, we'll pause here to admire the scenery and take a few Insta-perfect snaps.'Next, your captain will drop anchor at a nearby bay, and you'll have time to swim in the dazzling waters surrounded by Zante's coastal landscapes – don't forget your snorkel mask for spotting the colourful fish, coral and starfish here. Then, as we cruise back towards Porto Vromi, your captain will take you to a smooth, white-pebbled beach, a place so secret it doesn't even show up on Google. Cool off with a swim stop here and hear the story of the 'Poseidon's Face' – a rock formation believed to depict Poseidon, God of the sea – before setting off for the final leg back to shore.

Zante cruise to Turtle Island for private groups

Half-day sea kayaking tour in Zante
