Con casas de colores vivos a lo largo del paseo marítimo y las orillas del lecho seco del río, no es de extrañar que Villajoyosa signifique "la ciudad alegre". Comenzarás el recorrido en Villajoyosa, un pueblo peculiar conocido mejor por sus casas de pescadores de colores brillantes, playas doradas y mariscos recién pescados. Disfrute de algo de tiempo libre para pasear por su laberinto de estrechas y sinuosas calles adoquinadas o diríjase al paseo marítimo para observar la llegada de los barcos de pesca.

Luego, se dirigirá al Museo del Chocolate Valor. Aquí recorrerá sus instalaciones y verá los métodos de elaboración del chocolate utilizados desde 1881, antes de tener la oportunidad de probar algunas delicias de chocolate.

Pedal along the palm-lined promenade of Poniente Beach, navigate the narrow old town and cycle through fields full of greenery to reach Villajoyosa – a colourful coastal town nearby.These easy-to-use machines make it simple to seek out the quiet corners of the Costa Blanca. Valencia isn't just culture – it's also an enticing place to dine out and hit the shops. On this full day tour, you'll have the chance to see the sights on a panoramic bus ride, then get the lowdown on a guided walking tour of the heart of the city. Martí, one of our local guides, says, ‘Valencia has really come out of the shadows in recent decades, and now stands shoulder to shoulder with Barcelona and Madrid in terms of art, culture and cuisine. Our old town, one of the largest in Europe, is packed with sights, with the Silk Exchange shining brightest of all.' You'll start off with a panoramic bus tour for an overview of the city and an explanation of some of the major sights. Once you leave the bus, you'll set off on a guided walking tour around the city. Your expert local guide will show you around, sharing local insight into the history and explaining some of the highlights. When the tour is over, you'll have free time to explore further, grab a bite to eat or browse the shops.The streets around Calle Colon, a modern boulevard, boast all kinds of stores – from global high street brands to luxury goods shops as well as the latest in technology. Altea Fireworks

Experience the magic of Altea's ‘Castell de l'Olla', a spectacular combination of music and fireworks, reflecting vibrant colours on the bay's waters. Celebrated every August, this tradition dating back decades originated from a tribute to a local pyrotechnician known as 'Uncle Blai, the rocketer', and has grown into a major Mediterranean event, attracting more than 70,000 onlookers. Months of preparation go into preparing the show, which covers a 'screen' of night sky up to 600 metres wide. Endorsed by UNESCO, this spectacle is launched entirely from the sea – enhancing the view from the coastline. We'll pick you up and bring to Altea, where you'll have free time to savour the party atmosphere.
