The driver picked us up promptly at 2pm. The tour guides were great giving us clear instructions on how to use the bikes before we all tested them to see we felt comfortable and sure of how to use them. One of our group was not feeling competent enough but all fine as she went on back of guides bike

It was advertised that we was to have tea tasting and a break in the Palmeraie Area and that didn't happen. Apart from that the transfer transport did pick us up from the hotel on time and the amount of time spent on the quad bike was above expectation, but the experience was not as advertised.

Emails between company and customer ( confirmation )( I had to contact easy jet to get amusement email to contact and get confirmation,) and collection from hotel could do with a little work, ( 40min late) however the actual quad biking experience was actually amazing. Would highly recommend
