You will find the desk to exchange your voucher at gate number 7 of Arena di Verona. You can get your entrance ticket from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Importante

Not allowed:

In the stall seats (Platinum, Gold, Silver, 1st sector stalls, 2nd sector stalls), shorts, tank tops, and flip-flops are not allowed for men

Know in advance:

This ticket gives you skip-the-line access to gate 7 of Arena di Verona. To get into Arena, you will have to exchange your voucher for the entrance ticket and pass a security check
In the stalls, elegant clothing is preferable
Public ticket transport to use the day after the opera is available upon request
Should weather conditions prevent a performance from being staged as scheduled, the event may be postponed by up to 150 minutes

I was travelling from Sirmione and as a bus failed to show and the one I eventually got was late in getting me to Verona. I phone ahead to let them know but they were happy to wait. I ended up being not quite as late as I’d anticipated thankfully. I picked up my ticket just after 7pm and then went for dinner nearby as access to the opera wasn’t til 8.30pm. Didn’t have too long to queue and the staff were sending people to nearby shorter queues to quicken things up. Was in and seated by 8.45pm

Es war insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis ! Tolles Bühnenbild, grandiose Darsteller, Sänger und Sängerinnen ! Für mich war es schon immer ein Wunsch, in dieser Arena eine Opern Aufführung zu sehen und habe mir zu meinem besonderen Geburtstag diesen Wunsch erfüllt. Danke es hat alles bestens geklappt.

Loved it. My first opera, beautiful setting, warm weather. However when I booked it stated 8pm , it didn’t start until 9:15 I couldn’t stay till the end.
