Our journey takes us to the famous Palm Beach of Preveli, also known as the Lake of Preveli, where the majestic Mega River meets the Libyan Sea after flowing through the awe-inspiring Kourtaliotiko Gorge.
Before reaching the beach, we will make a short photo stop at the magnificent springs, a unique natural wonder shaped by towering cliffs, emerald-green waters, and a lush palm forest. This breathtaking setting creates an almost magical atmosphere, making Preveli one of Crete’s most romantic beaches.
A scenic 20-minute walk leads us to the beach, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters, relax under the warm Mediterranean sun, and explore the exotic palm forest surrounding the tropical river.
