You'll glide along the intensely green coastline – soon coming upon Cabo Girao, which towers out of the sea at a height of 580 meters. The perfect pairing for your tasty lunch is wine from the Alentejo region. Jorge says, ‘Alentejo wines are some of Portugal's finest. The reds have juicy flavours of berries, vanilla and spice. The whites are known for hints of tropical fruit, citrus and have a balanced minerality.'
