Half-day tailored surf lessons in the Porto region

Accessibility:

• Due to the natural environment of the beach and varying sand conditions, the surf lessons may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or those using wheelchairs. Please contact the local operator directly if you have specific accessibility concerns, and they'll do their best to accommodate you or offer alternatives. • This experience is not suitable for individuals who cannot swim, and those with serious medical conditions that could be exacerbated by physical activity in the ocean (unless cleared by a doctor and discussed with us in advance)

Not allowed:

• No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted before or during lessons
• Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, or other clients
• Damaging equipment or the natural environment
• Entering the water without an instructor's permission

Know in advance:

• All participants must be able to swim
• Please inform the local operator of any medical conditions or allergies when booking
• Always follow your instructor's guidance and respect the ocean's power
• The local operator will provide all necessary surf equipment, including wetsuits and surfboards
• Surf lessons are weather-dependent. In case of unsuitable conditions (e.g., very large waves or storms), the local operator may reschedule or offer an alternative activity. They'll always notify you in advance
• Often, instructors or a designated photographer will capture moments from your lesson. Let them know if you prefer not to be included in any photos or videos

Remember to bring:

• You'll need to present a valid ID or a copy of your passport upon arrival
• Wear your swimsuit under your clothes, as you'll be changing into a wetsuit
• A towel, sunscreen, water bottle, comfortable footwear
