Au cours de cette excursion, vous traverserez le détroit de Messine en ferry et explorerez l'île qui est pratiquement un pays en soi : la Sicile. Le voyage est long, mais le programme des visites en vaut la peine : arrêts à Taormine et Messine, une dégustation de produits typiques siciliens.

Tout commence par un voyage à travers des paysages spectaculaires des régions intactes de la campagne calabraise, où vous profiterez de panoramas époustouflants de montagne et de mer. Vous traverserez en ferry le détroit vers la Sicile. Arrivé sur la terre ferme, nous nous dirigeons vers Taormine où nous aurons tout le temps d'explorer les monuments historiques et les panoramas du sommet des collines. Le théâtre grec ancien, perché au sommet des falaises de la Méditerranée, est un incontournable ; on y aperçoit l'Etna à l'horizon.

Saisissez ensuite l'occasion de faire des emplettes dans la pittoresque rue principale pendant du temps libre. À Messine, votre guide vous fera visiter la belle cathédrale. Vous terminez avec la dégustation d'une spécialité sicilienne.
