All orders for Atletico Madrid via P1 Hospitality will be e-tickets. We will receive the e-tickets normally from 24 to 48 hours before the match. We will send all e-tickets per email, in a reply on your order confirmation. Please do not contact our team about the e-tickets earlier than 48 hours before the match.
The e-tickets will need to be printed out on a paper.
PLEASE provide the client names and nationality to the notes of your booking.

The prices and availability are based on a 100% stadium capacity. If your booked match will be played with a reduced capacity, it might be possible that the event organizer is not able to provide all of our ordered tickets or allocation. If P1 Corporate Hospitality is not able to provide the ordered tickets for a match due to lower capacity and the event organizer cannot provide all tickets, we will refund your order or your clients may swap the order to a new match. The price difference will be charged.
Seats will come in pairs guaranteed. Please contact our team to guarantee more seats together.
Tickets will be delivered as e-tickets in the week before the game.

- Central seats located in the middle tier of the West Stand (Block 224 - 228)

- Lounge open one hour before the game until 30 minutes after the final whistle
P1 Corporate Hospitality is not responsible for date/time changes because events are postponed for domestic or European cup games. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match/club if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
Event Date and Time
We will do our very best to keep the event dates and 'confirmed' notification as accurate as possible on our portal. We are not responsible for wrong date information for any event on the portal. It is the agencies responsibility to check the official websites of the clubs and venues for confirmed dates and time. For La Liga this this can be done via La Liga Dates.
Group bookings / big orders
P1 Corporate Hospitality remains the right to cancel orders of 10+ tickets for the same match, without letting our team know prior the booking is made. We also remain the right to cancel orders in case of an obvious invalid (low) price in any listing on the website. PLease contact our team in advance if there is any doubt about a listing/price.
