We enjoyed the snorkelling and the opportunity to see the wildlife. The boatmen knew the waters well but it was very crowded, despite the weather and lots of people and boats together in a small space at times. No basic boat safety on the way out to the islands. On the small boat there was no communication about safety. Nusa Penida harbour has loads of plastic on the beach.
