“Our Captain (Brandon?) was wonderful and made the trip pleasant. However, false advertising is illegal. NO pick up at stationed hotel. Trip did not begin at 07:00 instead 05:25. Time in air is an hour, not the entire time. Cheap Champaign and snacks. You should be embarrassed for taking money.”
