Good that stage were waiting for us at airport, this is where it started to go wrong. They got our names mixed up. There was then a delay and confusion as our flight was 00.10 and as they couldn’t see our flight on ‘todays flight. Make staff member then lied to us and tried to falsify weight of our suitcases to make it appear he had talked the check in agent not to charge us $200 for being over the limit and we should offer him a reward. They didn’t know I increased my limit to 30kg not 25kg

Enjoyed being looked after and not having to worry about being in a foreign airport

Being met at the gate made it stress free as some companies you have to hunt down the staff and is very stressful. The staff were professional and polite at all times

Very beneficial if you don’t want to carry anything through the airport… Takes a lot of stress away too so well worth it You are greeted from stepping inside the airport to out the other side at your transfer point
