- Data plan validity starts immediately when the eSIM is installed. The expiry date is 45 days from the purchase date
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked device. Failure to do so may result in activation failure, and refunds will not be granted
- To successfully install the eSIM, a stable internet connection is required. You may install your eSIM before travelling (before your flight) or at destination when you need it
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete or remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
- Data speed may vary depending on the location
