Orari di apertura: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10:00 alle 18:00; dal sabato alla domenica fino alle 19:00. Ultimo ingresso consigliato un'ora prima della chiusura.
Le sedie a rotelle fino a una larghezza massima di 80 cm non rappresentano un problema, solo 2 attrazioni non sono raggiungibili.
I neonati (da 0 a 4 anni) hanno l'ingresso gratuito al museo
Il numero massimo di biglietti acquistabili è 10 al giorno. Per i bambini, è possibile selezionare un massimo di 5.
