Inland Anatolia and the Taurus Mountains are a paradise for outdoors lovers. This full day tour includes a self-drive 4x4 safari, a walk through the Canyon of the Eagles, plus visits to ‘Green Cappadocia' and ancient Selge.

First up, you'll journey to Beskonak to learn how to drive your own air-conditioned off-roader. After a quick test run, you'll buckle up ready to bump down tracks and trails into the depths of the Canyon of the Eagles. Soak up the sights of nature on a walk in this idyllic spot before driving along the border of the Koprulu National Park, stopping at lookout points along the way.

After a hearty lunch, you'll explore the ruins of ancient Selge and its amphitheatre, enjoy a visit to nearby vegetation-clad rock formations – known by locals as ‘Green Cappadocia' – and stop off at the ancient Oluk Bridge. In summer, there's a short rafting trip down the River Euromedon, too.

You'll ride through a nature park in a monster truck, whizz over Köprülü Canyon in a jet boat and supercharge the afternoon with some white water rafting.Calling all adrenaline junkies, this Antalya tour comes with a twist. You'll travel off-road to the base camp from where the unrelenting action is about to be released. Climb into a monster truck and set off on a sightseeing safari – but not quite as you know it. Alanya evening 4x4 tour with cable car and Turkish dinner

For a taste of Turkish-style high life, it's hard to beat this blockbuster evening excursion. It's a greatest hits of Alanya's best bits. A cable car ride to Alanya Castle to catch the sunset, a dinner of regional dishes and a little off-road adventure are all on the menu tonight. Elif, one of our expert local guides, says "the views from the cable car open up across the red-tiled rooftops and winding streets of the old town and beyond. Look out for the 13th century Red Tower, which was built as a lookout on the harbour."You'll get straight into the action by hopping onto the Alanya Castle cable car. Once at the top, take in the scenery from this vantage point 250 metres above the Med. It's the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. After this, we'll zip down to Meazza gourmet restaurant by way of Alanya harbour. See the chefs at work as they prepare kuymak, a tasty cornmeal and melted cheese dish from the Black Sea coast, usually made with local laz or tulum cheese.The chefs will also demonstrate how to make irmik, a sweet and creamy dessert often flavoured with orange blossom water, rose water or vanilla. Elif says "the aroma of semolina cooking in melted butter takes me straight back to my childhood, when my mother used to make irmik for special occasions." After dinner, we'll go off-road, heading to the Alanya View Terrace up above the city for a glass of wine. Drink in the views of the city lights shimmering below – a great way to end an amazing evening.

Looking to take your holiday chill time up a level? This day cruise is just the thing. You'll set sail from the harbour in Alanya and spend the whole day on the water, stopping at various points for a chance to go for a dip in the sea. The best bit? Lunch and drinks are included throughout the day, and the outing is adults only – yep, that means you can expect plenty of relaxing vibes.When you set off from the harbour, you'll head to the patch of water near Alanya Castle. It's here that the crew will drop the anchor and you can go for your first dip. If you'd prefer to stay on board and sunbathe, that's fine, too. The other two swimming stops are scheduled at Cleopatra Beach and Paradise Beach – throughout the day, the captain will make at least three stops for swim breaks. On the way to Cleopatra Beach, you might also check out some nearby sea caves.You'll sit down for lunch at a restaurant when you reach Paradise Beach. Grilled chicken, seasonal fish and Turkish meatballs are all on the menu. Drinks are served all day on the boat, too.
