To round off your day, savour a three-course dinner by an open fire. Begin with a celery-apple soup with spruce bud oil. For the main course, at checkout you can choose from a selection of dishes that include glow-fried salmon served with potatoes; sautéed reindeer accompanied by potato mash and lingonberry jam; vegan cabbage rolls paired with white bean purée.
