Enjoy the Musée d'Orsay's fantastic collection of Impressionist art with this day ticket!

In addition to paintings by Cézanne, Degas, Manet, Monet, Renoir, Seurat, Van Gogh and more, you'll also have access to exhibitions on photography, graphic art, architecture, sculptures, and objets d'art.

The museum building itself is a highly photogenic ex-train station with a Beaux-Arts façade and an interior iron skeleton. In the square nearby, you'll see the six sculptures built on the occasion of the 1900 International Expo, each representing a different continent.

Die Schiffstour abends auf der Seine war beeindruckend. Ansonsten war es sehr touristisch. Auf der Rücktour zum Hotel war ein Taxi notwendig, weil niemand mehr auf der Straße war. Musee D‘Orsay und Arc de Triumph war es gut, dass wir Karten reserviert hatten. Hotel Terrass hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Eifelturm. Super!

Das allerletzte, wir haben im ganz klein gedruckten nicht gesehen, dass die Tickets am 1. Sonntag im Monat ungültig sind! Wir hatten nur am Sonntag die Möglichkeit das Museum zu besuchen! Es gibt dort viele korrupte Online-Ticketanbieter, also aufpassen. Betrifft aber Tui nicht. Paris nie wieder, kompliziert und lange Wartezeiten!

Thursday evening at the Musée d’Orsay.. such a treat, as always, to be in a spectacular work of architecture on a beautiful Parisian winter night in the presence of some of the most spectacular art created in the last few hundred years. It doesn’t get much better..
