Entirely renovated, the museum allows you to discover with a natural and original light Monet’s Nymphéas (Water Lilies) and 146 other masterpieces of the Walter-Guillaume collection (Renoir, Cézanne, Modigliani, Matisse, Picasso, Derain, Soutine).

Man kauft bei Ihnen Tickets online im Voraus, was natürlich v.a. Sinn macht, um nicht ewig an der Kasse zu stehen. Genau das aber geht über Ihren Service nicht, weil man nicht für eine Uhrzeit bucht, sondern nur für den Tag. Dies wiederum zwingt einen ein die Warteschlange mit 500 anderen. Böse Falle!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich konnte meine Tickets vor Ort nicht herunter laden. Eine entsprechende mail mit der Schilderung des Problems blieb unbeantwortet. Wir konnten die Karten somit nicht einlösen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dr. Heike Döll-König

I was sold a ticket that was not valid!!!!! Every first Sunday of the month, the museums in Paris are free and you just get in if you register yorself in the official site of the Museum. I was counting on this ticket and, unfortunately, I lost the opportunity. I would like to get a refund and would kindly ask you to be more cautious next time.
