Katedralen Santa Maria de Girona liggeer på den högsta punkten i staden Girona. Med sin konstruktion som började på 1000-talet kommer du att njuta av en blandning av romansk och gotisk arkitektur inuti. Detta är en särskilt unik katedral på grund av sin enda kirkestruktur med den näst största enskilda långhuset i världen. Det är också hem för en uppsjö av invecklade skulpturer i sitt kloster. Huvuddelen av kyrkans exteriör byggdes från 1300- till 1700 -talen och demonstrerade element från både barock och klassisk arkitektur från utsidan.
