“The reception is awful I don't think I have ever experienced such a poor reception at a hotel. Got our keys and then told to go and find a bell boy to show us to our room! Needless to say no bell boy available so asked another guest where our block was.”
“The tickets are overpriced and once inside the park everything is very expensive. Tui helped us move our booking to a different date which was very helpful and the staff were friendly. We were disappointed that we had paid a lot of money and had to leave the park at 5pm when it didn't close until 7pm.”
