Self-guided day tour to Rosendal with a Hardangerfjord express cruise

Get ready to travel through some of western Norway’s most striking scenery, with grand mountains rising from the fjords and imposing waterfalls. The express cruiser is the easiest and fastest way to get from Bergen to the village of Rosendal. This is where you’ll find some of the region’s star attractions: dazzling Hardangerfjord, spectacular scenic cliff Trolltunga, and Folgefonna National Park with the country’s third-largest glacier. Not in the least: Barony Rosendal, with roots in the 1600s, Scandinavia’s smallest castle in an idyllic setting with lovely, fragrant gardens as well as cafes and a restaurant. It takes around two hours each way, and you have around 3 1/2 hours in Rosendal to explore the pretty village and its surroundings.
