Starting from selecting either the 06:30am Crystal Canyon or midday Behana Canyon, smile at the friendly staff within the meeting point. Make the most of the knowledgeable instructor and range of diverse activities.

At Behana Canyon, everything on this course is optional so you have the freedom to choose what's best for you without it affecting the group. A perfect choice for the family or anyone with you who is nervous whilst still catering to those more advanced in a fun, safe way. Crystal Cascades offers you a 2-kilometer track passing through water pools. Plus, abseil down and through one of the waterfalls itself, jumps, slides, with a chance to appreciate nature in a different style of adventure.

What to remember
  • For the 06:30am Crystal Canyon minimum age is 12 years and for the 12:00pm Behana Canyon minimum age is 8 years. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Please note, whilst Behana's course has all optional activities, Crystal Canyon's course has a majority of activities that are not optional. The instructor will follow everyone’s pace, size, and ability. The instruction language is English
  • The maximum is 12 people per instructor
  • You must have at least a basic level of confidence to maneuver in the water
  • You'll be required to advise the local partner of any medical conditions, surgeries, impairments, or disabilities so they can be catered for. Contact details will be found in the voucher after booking
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable waterproof clothing, suncream, shoes, sandals or flip flops
  • You can bring your own snacks if needed, a change of clothes (jumper for the winter), a hands-free camera/Go Pro
  • This activity is unsuitable for those who are pregnant
