Paid 190euros booked through tui app all confirmed money taken. 10pm night before company called and said we do not pick up from your hotel you have to cone to catania. We don't drive taxi would cost 50 euro each way. Said we were not prepared to pay another 100 euros on top of the 190 already paid. Was told we'll if you don't we will not give you a refund as its classed as a late cancellation. No help from tui still waiting for a call back.

The first stop of your tour will be the Neapolis Archaeological Park, which houses most of the monuments of the Greek and Roman Syracuse. It is the most representative location of the ancient Greek city, with large areas of green from which you access the main archaeological monuments; admire the Greek Theater, still used for, the Roman Amphitheater, the Paradise anatomy with the Ear of Dionysius and the Cave of the Cordari, the Altar of Hieron and the Church of San Nicolò ai Cordari.
Then head to Ortygia, where you'll enjoy a 1h30 guided tour with a local guide. Discover the city's rich history as you explore its diverse architectural heritage, featuring Greek temples and Christian churches, Swabian, Aragonese, and Baroque palaces, courtyards, Arab alleys, shops, modest homes, and beautiful squares. After a lunch break, you'll visit Noto, home of Sicilian Baroque and a true open-air museum. Walk with a tour guide for a 1h30 tour, along the town's historic center, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and admire the many palaces and churches that have earned it the nickname of 'stone garden'.
