This huge 15-hectare castle park is located north of Helsingborg and is a must-see when in Sweden! Sofiero is the former royal summer residence which includes a castle where you can find exhibitions, top cuisine in the castle restaurant or why not enjoy the scenery with a leisurely coffee in the cafe. The park surrounding the castle is the star of the show at Sofiero, best known for its various gardens and over 10,000 rhododendrons (don’t worry if you’ve never heard of these before - you’ll be an expert by the time you leave!) and lots of other wonderful plants. Keep an eye out for other events and music concerts that take place throughout the year!
