Next, travel through the Judean Desert, pass the Inn of the Good Samaritan, and make your way to the lowest point on Earth at the Dead Sea. Experience the unique sensation of floating in the salt-rich waters before the drive back to Jerusalem.
After departure from Tel Aviv you will travel to four of Israel's highlights. You will start the guided tour in the 'City of Gold' and see Jerusalem's Old City including the Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Sepulchre, local markets, the Byzantine Cardo, and the Western Wall. Embark on a tour of Bethlehem and witness the Church of the Nativity, the city where Jesus Christ was born. The tour in Bethlehem includes one hour at Church of the Nativity and a stop at a local gift shop (maximum 30 minutes long), which includes a visit to a local olive wood factory. In the afternoon, enjoy a journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and savor bathing and floating upon the therapeutic waters. Around 4.30pm leave the Dead Sea and return to Tel Aviv arriving approximately at 7.00pm.
