Collect your ticket by meeting your host at Monument Square, London EC3R 8AJ. Your host will be wearing a dark blue ‘VoxCity’ uniform. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Accessibility:

Please note the Monument has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps. This experience is not recommended for those who have limited mobility, claustrophobia or vertigo

Know in advance:

Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide before arrival
Entry is subject to a security bag check. Large bags must be left in a designated bag storage area at the bottom of the staircase
Due to limited space in the viewing gallery, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Wait times of 30 minutes to enter the Monument can be expected
Access to the Monument may be restricted or closed due to adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a closure, tickets can be rescheduled for the soonest available dates, subject to availability
