What to expect

Alessandro Borghese è lo chef dei ristoranti Alessandro Borghese - il lusso della semplicità a Milano e a Venezia, oltre ad essere un volto noto della televisione. A Cibo a Regola d'Arte, Borghese terrà una lezione di circa 60 minuti in cui preparerà un suo piatto: una lasagnetta con pane carasau e pesce.

Ogni partecipante avrà una sua postazione dedicata, già allestita con le materie prime per preparare il piatto. Imparerà a sfilettare il pesce e a creare una ricetta da sfoggiare nelle grandi occasioni.
