Start with a pickup from your hotel in Netaya, you will be driven until you reach the southernmost point of the Sea of Galilee to look down on the sea from above and take in the gorgeous panoramic views of Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) in the foreground and Golan Heights.
You will cross the Jordan River at the foot of the Golan Heights and start by passing through Hamat Gader, a popular spa destination, and continue until you reach the Shalom Observatory. There, you will have an amazing view of the Sea of Galilee From here we have a stunning view looking back at the Sea of Galilee.
You will then travel to Katzrin where excavations have uncovered a village from the Mishnah and Talmud periods. See the archaeological findings like a synagogue, houses, and an oil press. Here you will visit the Golan Antiquities Museum, where you can see findings from the region and the nearby archeological site. Finally, you will go to Mount Bental to see what remains of Syrian fortifications and once the tour is over you will be dropped off back at your hotel.
