Things to do in Skylon Tower
Ride the glass elevator to the top of the Skylon Tower for a bird’s eye view of the dramatic gushing water, magical white spray and blue waters of Niagra Falls. In just 52 seconds, you’ll get to the top of this 160-meter tower and its observation tower. Visitors are treated to picture-perfect views of the three falls that make up Niagra Falls – Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. On a clear day, you’ll also be able to see the Buffalo and Toronto skylines.
To make the most of the experience up the tower, you can dine at the Summit Suite Buffet or the world-famous Revolving Dining Room – it rotates 360 degrees every hour. You’ll be spoilt for choice with an extensive menu and traditional tower glass drinks as you dine overlooking nature’s spectacle. Look out for the fact plaques that describe the different areas as you rotate.
At night, you can see the illuminated falls and firework displays – the multicoloured falls in the darkness will take your breath away. The ground floor of the Skylon Tower features arcade fun and gift shops where you can pick something up to remind you of a special day out.
