What to expect

Paddle up for a fun, blissful, and unforgettable experience out on the water on this morning paddle board yoga class.

The activity will begin with a short paddle introduction followed by a full SUP yoga class! Feel the power of the water underneath you as you test your balance and breath into different poses on your boards.

There will be some free time to open paddle and the class will end in a restorative aqua savasana where you will feel the magic and inner peace of being out in the sea.

Meeting point:

When you arrive, please walk past the Prince Kuhio statue and meet your instructor directly on the sand.

What to remember

This class is suitable for all levels
Small class sizes (up to 5 boards per class)
Classes are for ages 15+ and must include an accompanying parental guardian or prior approval for ages under 18
Please note this activity is not suitable for pregnant women
It is recommended to wear waterproof clothing or anything you don’t mind getting wet (bathing suits, trunks, bikinis, yoga shorts, leggings, sports bras, etc.). Please bring a towel too!
It is also recommended to bring a towel, water and a hat and sunglasses. Please remember to apply suncream before the class
At the class, you either set up your beach towel and belongings on the sand where you'll launch from or you can put your personal belongings in a 25-liter waterproof dry bag which you can carry on you (provided by your guide)
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the company or instructor, you will be fully refunded and notified within one hour of the start of the class
