The transport was amazing, the guide was so knowledgeable which made the experience perfect, the supply of food and snacks which was not expected was a great add. The most rewarding part of the experience was the guide named Carlos (or Charlie he said too). Very knowledgeable and engaging with small activities. The whole experience was better with the party of 12. The headset was invaluable and was heard even if the party was a little far off. The little.let down was the buffet food. It would ve better to know what the party could have or not have as the 3 serving areas was difficult to know if one area was free or paying..

Elevate was our tour guide. His English was excellent and the information of Mayan history was also excellent. We were very impressed and engrossed in the history of the Mayan people. We have watched The Road to El Dorado and Apocalypto and the realisation of what history said reflected and reminded us of what we watched. The Ceneto cave was amazing!!!! Elezar pieced together the little knowledge we had. A*** Excellent tour….. worthed every penny.
