“The journey from the airport to the city centre was fine, however we were unable to take the return journey and had to spend more money on alternative transport. This is because of the infrequency of the buses which was incorrectly advertised when booking this experience and also we were unable to access a timetable as the link in the email did not work and when we emailed TUI experiences they did not respond with this information.”

“Buses were not as often as advertised. Definitely not 20-30minutes.more like 40minutes to an hour we were waiting for the transport.”

“Booked a Colloseum trip with tour and nobody turned up. Tried ringing ‘HELP' line which was absolutely useless. Missed trip as no one at Colloseum could recognise tickets we had. On this note we are worried about travelling to Vatican to experience same. Shocking and will expect a no quibble refund on my return from our spoilt Honeymoon”
