After leaving Syracuse, you'll head towards Etna for a scenic trek along the southern side of Mount Etna, Europe's highest active volcano. As you ascend, the guide will share intriguing facts about Etna and its recent eruptions, offering a deeper understanding of this natural wonder.
Upon reaching the Rifugio Sapienza area at 2,000 metres above sea level, you'll have the choice to explore the Old Craters with the guide or opt for a higher altitude experience at an additional cost to be paid directly on-site.
