To begin the tour, you will meet your guide at Abraham Hostel Bar for an Israeli-style aperitivo with local drinks accompanied by Israeli staples such as falafel and hummus. Your tour guide will give an introduction to the bar culture in Tel Aviv to break the ice before heading out to the city.
A short walk from the hostel will lead you to your first destination which is a neighborhood cocktail bar, where you will have traditional cocktails accompanied with freshly baked bread, dips and roasted eggplant made by the bar’s chef. After this, you will go to an anise bar with the largest collection of anise based liqueurs in Israel where you can enjoy fresh anise cocktails and learn about the importance of anise in Mediterranean drinking culture. Then, your third destination is a pizza bar specializing in craft Israeli beers and Italian pizza to fill up your stomach after the drinks.
To end the evening, you will head out to a cool and hip bar displaying the city's best local young artists and performers where you can immerse yourself in the local culture as you enjoy some frozen cocktails.
