The departure place is the Sihlquai Bus Station (Limmatstrasse 4). The meeting point is at the white ticket booth marked with "Best of Switzerland Tours" or "Tickets here" signs.

  • the Hammetschwand Lift is not included (price starting from 15 CHF) and is closed in winter
  • please note there will be no guide with you during the leisure time in Lucerne and the excursion to Bürgenstock
  • external weather conditions are beyond the tour operator's control, consequently they are unable to offer refunds due to poor or less than ideal weather
  • refunds aren't possible for last-minute cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues. Please consider a travel insurance before your trip to cover such situation
