Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and an important cultural centre of the country. The city has more than 1000 years of history, and nowadays it has hundreds of historical sights, theatres and also a lake, mountains and caves for people who want to go hiking and enjoy nature. Brno is also a well known university city with around 90 000 students, that gives the town an international flair.
