What to expect

Over a million people lost their lives in Nazi camps that operated during World War II. Today, the complex converted into a museum has visitors from all over the world paying their respects to the victims of the camps.

This tour will provide you with entrance to the Auschwitz I Museum and the Auschwitz II Birkenau Museum, which is approximately 3 kilometers from Auschwitz I.

You'll be accompanied by an official museum guide-educator, but transport won't be included. To travel from the Auschwitz I Museum to the Auschwitz II Birkenau Museum, you can choose a museum bus or your own vehicle.

Meet your guide at Auschwitz I Museum. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
What to remember

  • The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
  • All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
  • Students can purchase reduced tickets only with a valid ID card
  • The timetable is approximate and depends on the traffic condition

    Dall Italia avevo prenotato il tour delle ore 09 (perché poi il pomeriggio avevo un altro tour ) selezionando la lingua italiana. Il giorno prima del tour arriva una mail dicendo di trovarsi al punto per il ritiro biglietti alle 09:30.Alla fine il tour è iniziato alle 10. In lingua inglese.Insomma.
