What to expect

All tickets include a multimedia presentation on Dubai’s history and the construction of the building, access to speedy lifts and glass observation decks on floors 124 and 125. To learn more about Dubai's cityscape, consider booking a ticket with an audio guide. Opt for ATT Silver + DAUZ Silver package to discover oceanic and rainforest wonders, or choose ATT Gold ticket for a guided tour at Level 148 before visiting Levels 124 and 125.

For a gastronomic delight, consider ATT Silver + The Roof Top option to pair your visit with an open-air food experience at Rooftop, The Burj Club. Alternatively, opt for the ATT Silver Sunrise ticket to witness the sunrise from high above before heading to the ground-floor café for a morning treat. The ATT Silver + The Café option includes a soft drink or a snack after visiting At The Top.

For glass-bottom thrills 219.5 m above the ground, add a visit to the Sky Views Observatory at Hotel Address. Choose between ATT Silver + Sky Views, with entry and outdoor terrace access on Levels 124 and 125, or ATT Gold + Sky Views that also grants entry to level 148. Lastly, consider the souvenir option to take home a complimentary keepsake from the ground floor retail store.

Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

ATT Gold includes priority access to the world’s highest observation deck at level 148 with a guided tour and refreshments at the Sky Lounge. It also includes access to Level 124 and 125 and outdoor terrace areas
If you choose the 3-course meal at Rooftop (ATT Silver + The Roof Top), please note that your booking time is considered as your scheduled time slot to visit the Burj Khalifa. Lunch is served at Rooftop from 12:00pm – 2:00pm; dinner is served from 5:30pm – 7:30pm
If you book the option including audio guide, please download the PopGuide App from the iOS Store or Play Store before reaching your destination. The link to access the QR code is mentioned on the voucher that you'll receive after booking. The audio guide is available in 5 languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German
For the option with souvenir, you'll need to scan your ticket at the retail counter on the ground floor on the day of your visit in order to collect your souvenir. Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues
No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge. Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
