Meeting point:
At the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos. Please reach the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour departure.
What to remember
  • Participants must be provided with their own smartphone and download the app before the tour. The app code and the skip-the-line ticket will be delivered at the meeting point
  • To listen the APP contents you need your hearphones
  • Internet connection is required to use the APP
  • The app offers pre-recorded audio guides in multiple languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Chinese
