Auschwitz-Birkenau self-guided or guided tour from Krakow

Nos cambiaron la hora en el último momento y luego no dio tiempo a ver el campo de auswitch con tiempo íbamos deprisa

La communication pour nous expliquer où on était pris en charge, comment, et le planning de la journée était vraiment top. Notre conducteur s'assurait qu'on avait bien compris le déroulement, et nous a dit les choses à prioriser car le seul point "moins bien" est qu'il faudrait 2 jours pour visiter!

We waited two and a half hours for pick up and nobody came this is absolutely ridiculous and terrible service we could have used the time to do something else . It's freezing cold there are no toilets nearby and we didn't have any lunch. The day has been ruined we didn't get to the venue

Original guided tour cancelled at last minute by tui, meaning all other guided tours were booked so we had to go for a self guided tour. No apology, or any attempt to make amends for this by tui Was not told at point of booking that we would have to queue at auscwitz to actually get tickets. Despite being picked up at 0815, we didn't actually enter the museum until 1300, leaving nowhere near enough time to get around the 2 sites and see everything. No tui staff to be seen anywhere.

Was booked for a full day tour pick up at 8.30 this changed to pick up time 11.15 didn’t enter austwich untill 2 pm was very rushed from time to austwich to berkenher booked a full day tour only got half a day can anyone explain why this happened

Had confirmation the night before, not 1-2 days as stated, the time was changed by 30mins. Not enough time to walk around Birkenau before getting the bus to Auschwitz. The site itself was an unforgettable experience
