- All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
- To receive a reduced student ticket, students must be able to show a valid student ID card
- Please behave appropriately at Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial
- The temperature in the mine is constant (about 14 degrees), and therefore it is recommended to bring warm clothing even in the summer
- At Wieliczka Salt Mine there are 800 steps on the way, including 380 right at the start
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes
