Hotel pick-up is available from selected areas, including Mataram, Senggigi, and Kuta Lombok. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For self-arrival guests, detailed directions to the ATV base camp will be provided via email or WhatsApp after the reservation.
