What to remember

This private transfer is designed for private groups of up to Six people
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. additional suitcases, surfboards, bikes or golf clubs) may have certain restrictions. Please contact the tour provider prior to travel to confirm that your excess luggage is acceptable
Please use the web portal to reconfirm your pickup time 48 hours prior to transfer
Passengers must be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby 4 hours ahead of flight time. When picking up from private addresses, your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number if provided
The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Please be aware that your driver will wait for 10-15 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show
Infants and children, regardless of age, count as full fare paying passengers. Please note that child seats are not compulsory and need to be requested on an ad hoc basis
