“Als je de juiste plek hebt gevonden in de bus kun je een hoop zien. Maar als het druk is zit je beneden en zie je niets. Ook de reisleiding via de oortjes laat te wensen over. Niet duidelijk welke gebouwen ze bedoelen. Het loopt soms voor en dan weer achter. Het vinden van de juiste opstapplaats is ook wel een uitdaging.”
