- Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, North Greenwich, and Barking piers. - You can get on the boat at any of the 23 piers between Putney Station and Woolwich (Royal Arsenal).

Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult
Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking and allow you unlimited travel from anywhere between Putney Station and Woolwich (Royal Arsenal)
Services run every 10-20 minutes
You must not bring hazardous items onboard, items over 2 meters long, and no inflammable substances
Please note, this tour has a maximum of 9 ticket per booking
