The experience will take place at Pavilion 14.1 of IFEMA MADRID. Please be punctual with your arrival time to ensure that the lines are as smooth as possible.

What to remember

Accessibility:

The event is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, with suitable entrances and ramps throughout the venue

Not allowed:

Strollers, suitcases, and other large items (like bicycles or scooters) are not allowed inside the venue
No pets are allowed inside, but officially registered service dogs (such as guide dogs) are permitted
Professional photographic equipment and tripods are not allowed

Know in advance:

Reduced tickets are available for students of all ages, seniors over 65, people with functional diversity and their companions (both must purchase a ticket)
VIP tickets include queue-free access to the experience, priority access at three points of interest, a gift box containing a lanyard, pin, and badge, along with a 10% discount at the retail store
It takes approximately 60–90 minutes to walk through from start to finish
You can enter up to 30 minutes after the time for which you purchased the ticket
